Limited Lifetime Warranty
Authentic OPN Sound products purchased new through OPN Sound Canada are covered by the manufacturer’s Limited Lifetime Warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product, subject to the terms below.
Who is covered
This warranty applies to the original end-use purchaser, or to the person who received the product as a gift, when the product was purchased new and unused in its original packaging from OPN Sound Canada or another authorized OPN Sound dealer. Proof of purchase is required.
What the warranty covers
The warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that existed when the product was purchased and become apparent during normal, intended use.
What the warranty does not cover
The warranty does not cover problems caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper maintenance, use outside the product’s rated capabilities or instructions, exposure to extreme conditions or contaminants, or other causes that are not manufacturing defects.
Warranty remedies
After reviewing an approved claim, OPN Sound may, at its discretion, repair the product, replace it, or provide another warranty remedy permitted under the manufacturer’s warranty terms. OPN Sound reserves the right to inspect the product and determine whether the reported issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
How to request warranty support
Contact us at hello@opnsound.ca with your order number or proof of purchase, product model, a description of the issue, and photographs or video where applicable. Please do not send the product before receiving authorization and return instructions.
Approved warranty returns
If a product is authorized for return and assessment, OPN Sound Canada will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Approved warranty claims are not subject to return-shipping charges or restocking fees. Products sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Your statutory rights
This Limited Lifetime Warranty is in addition to any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer-protection laws. Those rights are not affected by this warranty.
